Socket Weld 90° Elbow Configurations

Standard 90° Socket Weld Elbow

A forged fitting designed to change the direction of the piping system by 90 degrees, with the pipe inserted into the socket and welded to the fitting.

Long Radius 90° Elbow

Designed with a larger turning radius to provide a smoother change in flow direction and reduce pressure loss compared with tighter-radius configurations.

Short Radius 90° Elbow

Compact configuration suitable for applications where installation space is limited and a tighter directional change is required.

High-Pressure Socket Weld Elbow

Forged construction suitable for high-pressure piping systems and available in Class 3000, 6000 and 9000 configurations, subject to applicable standards and material requirements.
