Carbon Steel Line Pipe
Carbon steel line pipes are widely used in oil and gas transmission, water pipelines, refinery facilities, and general industrial services.
| Standard | Common Grades |
| API 5L | Grade B, X42, X52, X60, X65, X70 and other applicable grades |
| ASTM A106 | Grade A, B, C, for applicable seamless pipe services |
| ASTM A53 | Grade A and B, where applicable |
| ASTM A333 | Grade 6 and other applicable low-temperature grades |
Available in seamless and welded construction, depending on the applicable standard, grade, size, and manufacturing route.
High-Strength Pipeline Steel
High-strength line pipe is used for transmission systems where specified strength, toughness, weldability, and operating conditions govern material selection.
Stainless Steel Line Pipe
Stainless steel pipes provide corrosion resistance for chemical processing, refining, utilities, and other demanding industrial services.
| Standard | Common Grades |
| ASTM A312 | TP304/304L, TP316/316L, TP321, TP347 |
| Other project-specific stainless grades | Additional austenitic and corrosion-resistant grades subject to availability |
Duplex and Super Duplex Line Pipe
Duplex materials offer a combination of strength and corrosion resistance for demanding process and marine environments.
| Standard | Common Grades |
| ASTM A790 | UNS S31803, S32205 |
| ASTM A790 | UNS S32750, S32760 |
| ASTM A928 | Applicable welded duplex grades |
Grade selection depends on chloride concentration, temperature, pressure, corrosion conditions, and project qualification requirements.
Alloy Steel Line Pipe
Alloy steel pipes are available for specified high-temperature, pressure, and specialized industrial services.
| Standard | Common Grades |
| ASTM A335 | P1, P5, P9, P11, P12, P22, P91, P92, as applicable |
| Other alloy pipe specifications | Available subject to material grade and manufacturing requirements |
Material selection note: API 5L grades, ASTM pipe grades, and alloy-steel grades are not interchangeable designations. Each order must specify the correct product standard, grade, manufacturing process, and delivery condition.

3LPE — Three-Layer Polyethylene Coating
A multi-layer external coating system typically consisting of a fusion-bonded epoxy primer, adhesive layer, and polyethylene outer layer. It provides corrosion protection and resistance to mechanical damage for buried and other specified pipeline applications.

FBE — Fusion-Bonded Epoxy Coating
A thermoset epoxy coating applied to prepared steel surfaces to provide corrosion protection. FBE is used in buried pipeline systems and can also serve as the corrosion-protection layer beneath a concrete weight coating.

Concrete Weight Coating
Reinforced concrete coating applied externally to provide additional negative buoyancy and mechanical protection for submerged or other specified pipeline installations.

Standard Black Paint
Elite supplies standard black-painted pipes for orders that do not require a specialized external coating system.
The 3LPE and concrete coating descriptions align with the applicable ISO coating standards. Final coating systems, application requirements, and inspection criteria are confirmed against the project specification.
